Dr. Dramane Ouattara, MEPA, PhD

Dr. Dramane Ouattara received a B.A in Management Sciences and a
Master’s Degree (MA) in Economics at the University of Abidjan (Côte
d’ivoire), and also a Master of Sciences (MSc.) in Statistics from
National School of Statistics and Applied Economics (ENSEA- Cote
d’ivoire). In 2013, Dr. Dramane Ouattara received a Master of Arts
Degree (MA) in Peace and Conflict Management Studies at the University
of Haifa (Israel). In 2018, he received a PhD at the United Nations
University for Peace, in Costa Rica (Central America) at the Department
of Peace & Conflict Studies. His PhD topic is related to Electoral
Engineering and Political Reconciliation in Post Conflict Society. In
2020 he received a Master Degree in Electoral Policy and Administration
at Sant ’Anna School of Advanced Studies- Pisa in Italy. Dr Dramane
Ouattara is the Founder and & CEO of The National Center of
Electoral Support- NCES in Cote d’ivoire. He is an Academic Expert in Electoral
Fraud investigation, Electoral Process Evaluation and Electoral Systems
Design and also Design and Management of Electoral Campaigns.
